Why patients choose Delphi for primary care

One provider, start to finish

You see Johanna — not a rotating cast. That continuity means faster diagnoses, fewer repeated tests, and a provider who remembers your history.

Time to actually be heard

Visits run 30–45 minutes so there's room to cover what's really going on, not just the one box on the form.

A plan you can follow

You leave with clear, written next steps clearly — and prompt follow-up on any labs, often same-day or next-day.

Care wherever you are

Be seen in person in Port St. Lucie or by secure telehealth anywhere in Florida — whichever fits your week.

Who it's for

Adults and families looking for a consistent provider who knows their history, has time to listen, and treats every visit as a conversation rather than a checklist.

Not sure if this is the right fit? Reach out — we're glad to point you toward the visit that makes the most sense for you, whether that's in person or via telehealth.

We circle back promptly on labs and stay reachable for questions, with easy telehealth check-ins between visits.

Frequently asked questions about primary care

Do I need a referral to be seen?
No — you can book directly as a new or returning patient. Primary care is your front door to the health system; we'll refer you to a specialist only if and when you need one.
Can you be my primary care provider in Florida?
Yes. A Family Nurse Practitioner can serve as your primary care provider in Florida, diagnosing and treating illness, ordering and interpreting labs, prescribing medication, and coordinating any specialist care you need.
Can you manage my existing prescriptions?
Yes. Bring a current list of your medications and we'll review them together, simplify where we can, and handle refills going forward.
Do you offer same-day sick visits?
Often, yes. Call the office for an acute concern and we'll do our best to fit you in same-day or next-day — and many minor issues can be handled by telehealth.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and supplements, and any recent lab or imaging results. If you've seen other providers, the names of your pharmacy and any specialists help us coordinate.
How long is a typical appointment?
Most visits run 30–45 minutes. We build in the time so you're never rushed and we can address more than one concern when needed.
Do you accept new patients and walk-in families?
Yes — we welcome new and returning patients of all ages.
Do you take my insurance?
We work with most major plans, plus Medicare and Medicaid. Coverage varies by carrier, so contact us with your plan details and we'll confirm before your visit.
