New patients
Are you accepting new patients?+
Yes — we welcome new patients of all ages, in person in Port St. Lucie and via telehealth across Florida.
Do I need a referral?+
No referral is needed to book as a new or returning patient.
How do I prepare for my first visit?+
Bring a photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any recent labs or imaging. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.
Insurance & billing
What insurance do you accept?+
We accept most major commercial plans, Medicare, and Florida Medicaid. Contact the office for the current list.
Do you offer self-pay pricing?+
Yes. Transparent self-pay rates are available, and we provide a Good Faith Estimate on request under the No Surprises Act.
Visits & telehealth
How long are appointments?+
Most visits are 30–45 minutes — enough time to actually talk through your health.
Do you offer telehealth?+
Yes — secure virtual visits are available for follow-ups and many acute concerns anywhere in Florida.
How quickly will I hear back about labs?+
We follow up on results within one business day — we don't make patients wait.
Privacy & safety
Is the practice HIPAA-compliant?+
Yes. Patient health information is stored and transmitted via HIPAA-compliant systems. This website itself does not store or process protected health information.
What should I do in an emergency?+
For any medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. This website and its forms are not for emergency communication.
