FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you might want to know before your first visit. Still curious? Just reach out.

Below are the questions we hear most often — grouped by topic, from booking and mobile visits to pricing, memberships, IV safety, and privacy. If you don't see your question here, we're always happy to answer it directly.

Booking & visits

How do I book an appointment?+
Book online in a couple of minutes or call the office. Choose an in-suite visit at our Fort Pierce location, a mobile visit to your home or office, or a secure telemedicine appointment.
Do you offer mobile or in-home visits?+
Yes — mobile IV therapy and wellness visits are a signature part of what we do. We come to your home, office, or hotel across Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast.
Do you offer telemedicine?+
Yes — secure video visits are available across Florida for wellness consults, weight-loss and hormone follow-ups, and many acute concerns. No app or account required.
Do I need a referral?+
No referral is needed. You can book directly for any of our concierge wellness services.

Pricing & memberships

How much do your services cost?+
We keep pricing transparent. You can see the full IV drip menu, targeted infusions, boosters, and membership tiers on our pricing page before you book.
Do you offer memberships?+
Yes — our Silver, Gold, and Platinum concierge memberships include monthly IVs, priority booking, and exclusive discounts. See the pricing page for details.
Do you take insurance?+
Most concierge wellness and IV services are self-pay. We keep pricing clear and upfront, and provide a Good Faith Estimate on request under the No Surprises Act.

IV therapy & safety

Who administers the IV therapy?+
Every infusion is administered by a licensed nurse practitioner using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and clinical safety standards — never a technician or a pop-up booth.
Is IV therapy safe, and do I need screening first?+
For most wellness drips, a health-history review at your consult is enough. Certain therapies — like high-dose vitamin C — require additional screening (such as G6PD testing) before administration.
How long does a visit take?+
Most IV infusions take roughly 30–60 minutes. You can relax in our suite or wherever your mobile visit takes place.

Privacy & safety

Is the practice HIPAA-compliant?+
Yes. Patient health information is stored and transmitted via HIPAA-compliant systems. This website itself does not store or process protected health information.
What should I do in an emergency?+
For any medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. This website and its forms are not for emergency communication.
